records, an enlargement of approximately 1.2 meters appears
between 1986 and 1990, in the section of the house facing
the Schryer stream. The gallery was also added in this time

on the shore as well as for the setbacks not respected,
since they were in conformity at the time, given their

relating to banks and setbacks. However, the gallery and
the extension of the main building cannot benefit from this
right, since they would have been built or modified,
without a permit and after standards relating to the banks
had been implemented.
